Description

This is a cleaned, restored, recapped, tested and working Macintosh Color Classic logic board. The board is clean with no corrosion. Memory max’ed out to 10MB. No battery is included.

The board had been recapped (2022). It has been extensively tested following the recap (in a Color Classic computer): sound, volume control, brightness control, internal floppy port, internal SCSI port, external SCSI port, ADB port, soft power on, etc... all work as intended . The board passed all tests with flying colors.

Unlike many other Color Classic logic boards, this board's capacitor leakage has not caused any printed circuit board trace damage and chip pin corrosion is very minimal. This is a very clean board with no printed circuit board trace repairs and no bodge wires... quite rare for this model!

Included are: the Color Classic logic board and two memory expansion SIMMs (bringing the total memory to 10MB).

Despite this board having been extensively tested and found to be fully functional, it IS almost 30 years old technology and as such, there is no guarantee offered or implied for continued functioning. This lot is being sold as-is with no returns accepted.
