Commodore 64 collector's bundle - Restored/Fully working/Loaded

Nice, original, collectible, Commodore 64 bundle in excellent condition with many extras. This bundle is in absolutely amazing cosmetic and functional condition. It includes the C64 with its original (working) power supply, the Commodore 1702 CRT monitor, the Commodore 1541 disk drive, the Commodore Datasette, two restored/refurbished and working Wico Command joysticks, approximately 50 floppy disks with some 100 or so programs/games, the RF TV switch, all cables, a combo SD2IEC floppy drive emulator with Epyx Fastload and hundreds of games and a modern, safe and reliable, Electroware  power supply.

The C64 is in amazing condition. Very clean with no corrosion. Dusted and cleaned externally. Not opened as it still has the warranty sticker. Tested and works perfectly: sound, joystick ports, video port, floppy port, cassette port, keyboard, power switch, etc.. Includes original, working, power brick. Also includes a brand new, modern, much safer and much more reliable power brick with overvoltage protection (see the extras list).  Includes the RF TV switch (untested) and the user’s  guide.

The two Wico command joysticks have been dusted and cleaned. Contacts cleaned with contact cleaner. One of the joysticks' cables has been replaced. Both joysticks have been tested and both work perfectly.

The 1541 floppy drive as been disassembled, cleaned, serviced, lubricated and its head has been cleaned. Excellent cosmetic condition. Works perfectly. Includes the power cable and the user’s guide.

The Datasette is in excellent cosmetic condition. Its drive belt has been replaced. It saves to and loads from cassettes as intended. Includes the user’s guide (French).

The 1702 CRT is in amazing, like new, condition. It has been cleaned and dusted. It still has the front control panel door which works perfectly. Audio and video have been tested on both the front and rear inputs – working perfectly. Includes the user’s guide. This is a very highly prized CRT monitor which uses electronics and a CRT manufactured by JVC in Japan. 

The bundle includes all required power and interconnect cables.

Extras

1. New, modern, replacement power brick made by Electroware. Much more reliable and not prone to catastrophic failure like the original power brick! The original power brick supplied with the Commodore was very cheaply made and it was never designed with much built-in protection. After many years of use, the adapter's voltage has a tendency to start to slowly drift and creep-up and eventually reach a level above the maximum voltage tolerated by the C64... this essentially destroys many chips in the C64 and renders it unusable. The Electroware replacement power brick has many built-in protection circuits to prevent such catastrophic failure. Additionally, it comes with a built-in power switch, thus saving wear and tear on the C64's built-in power switch.

2. SD2IEC cartridge with FASTLOAD and a C64 reset switch. This is a Commodore floppy disk drive emulator which uses a standard SD card to store hundreds of disk images. The programs contained in the disk images can be run from the included file browser. Also incorporated into this SD2IEC is the Epyx Fastload which allows for loading programs at up to 5 times the speed of the 1541 floppy drive! As a bonus, this SD2IEC also has a built-in reset switch which can be used to reset the C64 without power cycling it! The SD2IEC can be used as a standalone "disk drive" or cascaded to a 1541 for use as a second drive.

3. Also included is a bonus SD card with a file browser and hundreds of disk images of games ready to load and play. You can easily add games and other programs by downloading their disk images from the internet and saving the images on the SD card.

4. The bundle also comes with approximately 50 floppy disks with some 100 games.

5. Also included is a plastic storage box for the floppies.
